For of our customers’ most demanding truck operating conditions on dirt roads we offer the service ofconverting medium duty and heavy duty trucks, buses and tractors trucks to 4x4 and 6x6. We are the only company in Mexico that offers this service and we have experience with more than 50 units working since 2014. We have the capability to convert new or used trucks, according to the needs of our clients. We use world renowned OEM equipment (Meritor, Dana, Marmon-Herrington, Fabco, among others) that we spec to the requirements of their application, type of load, terrain, and weather conditions to which they will be subjected.
The most important advantages of these conversions are:
• Protection of the integrity of the vehicle and the specialized car body by less aggressive driving to overcome difficult terrain: mud, loose soil, steep slopes, etc.
• Reduction of the wear rate of the traction tires, since the traction is now also distributed on the front axle.
• Significant reduction of stresses in components such as clutches, shock absorbers, spring leaves, brakes, among others, extending their useful life in rough terrain compared to trucks without traction on the front axle.
• Capacity to reach all-terrain unit will make it possible to reach to places where a similar vehicle with traction on rear axles would not be capable of.
We have a sale service of spare parts and equipment for the adequate operation of your vehicles. We responsibly serve any needs throughout the country using expedited shipping services that the customer chooses.
